Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Georgia Edwards Art in Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, Canada. Shipping is available within Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

Processing time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Packaging
Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube, depending on their size and packaging needs. Original artwork and greeting cards are packaged appropriately to help protect them during transit.

Shipping costs and carriers
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. The postal service or courier is selected according to the destination, package size, and available services.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. International shipments may experience customs delays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are separate from shipping charges.

Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct it, email studio@georgiaedwards.art as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Damaged or delayed orders
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and email studio@georgiaedwards.art with photographs of the item and packaging. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact me so I can help investigate.
